Years ago The Neighborhood Office was incredible helpful when we shipped some rugs from Ohio to N Carolina. From finding us a reasonable price, to helping us protect the rugs for shipping to even coming and picking them up they really impressed us with their service, pricing and patience in helping us get it figured out. Fast forward, this past fall I sent cacti to California and again The Neighborhood Office made it work so well. From pricing to packing and making the delivery happen with as few hiccups as possible, I will def drive out of my way to use this friendly, helpful business. Keep up the great work, Carrie & staff

The Neighborhood office is an amazing resource for printing, shipping, etc. Most recently, I had them produce several oversized prints for me. They turned out great! Price was very reasonable and turnaround time was ridiculously fast (had prints in-hand less than one hour after emailing the files). I highly recommend this amazing local business!

It was my first time here and I called to if they can return my two tires back to company that where they came from and to see if they can wrap it up and they told me it be around two dollars to wrap it and stick the label that company send to me. So when I got there the two guys were there and said yes we do them for you and I told them the lady said two dollars for the wrapping and they charged me five dollars and thirty five cents. I was stringing that they changed me the different than I was told. And they didn’t wrapped it in front of me so I know if the job was done. So that why I just give you less than great customer service satisfaction. It was my first time and I hope that your company can do more communication with each other. I like to shop locally and helps local businesses. Each star that is not light is one communication and second is not doing the work was not done in front of us and both guys went to the back of the store.

I was so incredibly amazed at the service I received this afternoon, July 8, 2020!! I don't return items or print return shipping labels often. Yesterday I called Catherine to see if they would print my return shipping label if my printer didn't make a clear enough copy. She assured me that was no problem! They would scan my label and it would show if it was dark enough! If not, not a problem for them to do it for me!!! So today, I went in; my label scanned well! ... I had brought a box, tape, marker, etc to pack it up and mail it as a drop-off. The gentleman working told me THEY would do it FOR ME!!! IMMEDIATELY, they did it, so easily and well!!! I felt good about it because they know exactly where each of the labels went and to put the packing list inside with the item! I next couldn't believe they said I owed them nothing! I was really taken back by all the help they generously offered me. The young man, said "that is how we do things here... anything to make it easier." Because this is something I don't do often, it was a great service for me! I've always loved this store, but now even moreso!!!!!

I recently was in a crunch for some signs to be done for work. Not just once, but twice with next day turn around. Both times I received excellent service, and excellent turnaround time. Not only were they able to accommodate my needs and timelines, but they were also helpful with my rowdy children in the office. :) It’s a family friendly, family run small business that will take care of you no matter what you need! Highly recommend!

They decided to arbitrarily close 4 hours early on October 8th. FedEx could not deliver any packages therefore the delaying pickup by two days. This action is completely derelict and irresponsible. People depend on timing of packages arriving.
