A great place to call home. The location is perfect with rented bikes available nearby to get to old town and different parks that Alexandria has to offer. The staff here has been nothing but helpful and courteous. If there is ever a issue, maintenance is on it right away. Ivette has also been the best of help to get us settled into the apartment as well as keeping residents taken care of.

The Nexus At West Alex is one of the best place i ever lived in From top to bottom, this luxurious apartment has so much to offer.. especially when you have everything you need close by. The Management and staff are so kind to get you any help you need during any type of emergencies. I remember that one time i got locked out of my apartment on a Sunday morning, I got helped so fast , even tho they were closed. Overall i give them 5 Stars because its a blessing to have a kind staff that care about you 7 days a week 365. Thank you for Everything.

I did not expect to find an apartment complex I genuinely liked so much in Alexandria. The apartment layouts are unique and gorgeous. I like that they provide concierge services .The property Manager and the maintenance manger are also amazing, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Thank You to the amazing stuff !!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at The Nexus at West Alexandria. It has really been the best option for my home. I love the community, the location and my apartment meets my needs very well. All the staff are extremely courteous, warm and welcoming. I submitted a work order when my refrigerator stopped working properly and I received a personal call from Ibeth, the Manager. That was a nice touch. She took a personal interest in making sure my issue was resolved quickly by the maintenance staff. I am very happy with my accommodations here at The Nexus at West Alexandria. I consider it a blessing to be here. Also everything I need and I like is close to my home. Silver Dinner, Sushi, Harris Teeter (coming soon), Gym and much more.

Two years ago, I have applied to an affordable housing service at this Building I wonder how long more should I keep waiting for a single response seeing many are getting accepted and moving in. is it a queue or does it have other priority basis?

Someone who lives here tells you, If you are looking for a place to rest while you come from work or even if you want to have a nice day during the weekend, this is not the right place for you. Many issues are going on, and the management office does not try to solve the problems. They said they would address them, but they do not. Also, the leasing rules are not enforced by the office. That makes it worse. People smoke, and no matter where you are, you can smell it. There is trash all over. Do not waste your time, energy, and patience. It might look nice from the outside, but it is a nightmare living here. It is stressful and disappointed living here.
