Customer service is first and foremost for the Owners of The Oilerie. Their willingness to explain, educate, and give samples are very refreshing in today's business world. And the products are out of this world. Some of the most flavorful oils and vinegars I have ever tasted. Seriously, the 25 year old balsamic will knock your socks off!
My experience with the 25 year old Balsamic Vinegar was love at first taste. Gave away my old balsamic to a friend. Caprese Salad with this vinegar is just yummy. Makes the best vinegar and oil dressing. Their Organic EVOO is the best also.

The EVOO's and Balsamics are amazing. The garlic, truffle, and lemon are my favorite oils, and the pomegranate, cherry, and oilerie balsamic (I could drink the last one) are my favorite balsamics. Great customer service!
