The overlook in Nacogdoches is one of the most peaceful and welcoming places I've ever stayed at. With me being a new college student and not knowing anyone it was really nice to be at a place that is so genuinely nice to the people around them. Thanks to this place alone I was able to have a nice and smooth transition into a foreign place.

They have given me such a great experience for my first apartment. When I had roommate problems they helped find me a new room. The staff at the front desk is also very helpful. It is a big apartment compared to the size of other apartments near SFA.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is so nice and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders! The dog park is huge and so convenient and there’s 2 pools that are beautiful. I use the tanning beds all the time, and the gym has everything I need. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Rassy has been so helpful through my stay here and is always so eager to help.
