This past weekend I went to pick up a U-haul truck and Janet was very nice explaining in detail the contract, also she helped me with the return after they had already closed the store

I was just there to ship a package overnight to Los Angeles and I was frantic because I had a hard time finding them. Of course I was last minute due to work. On my way in like a hurricane the Fed Ex driver held the door for me and nicely reminded me to put my mask on. It was in my purse. I quickly put it on, made it to the counter in time, everyone was super nice and helpful and my package shipped successfully. Thanks guys!

I wanted to take some time today during my busy schedule to write this appreciation email towards one of your employees Janet. Last week I arrived at your store honestly just hoping for the best to obtain a lost tracking number. Chegg.com was giving me issues suggesting that they had not received one of my packages sent from your store. I unfortunately had misplaced my receipt containing the tracking number, Janet and I spent around 45 minutes to an 1 hour searching for the tracking number in your system. I am pleased to say that she found the correct one and my issues have thus been resolved with Chegg. It is employees like Janet that make small businesses flourish with stellar customer service.
