Come for the coffee and coffee gadgets. Really great coffee selection. Small tea selection, but what they have is good. Their by the cup coffee prices are really good to. Cheaper than Starbucks. Also have really cool kitchen gadgets that make great gifts.

What a selection of great kitchen gadgets as well as coffee. They even have coffee recipes for suggestions to combine different coffee flavors. Didn’t get the lady’s name that helped us but she was super nice and helpful!!

As a gourmet coffee aficionado and (very) amateur chef, The Pan Handle is my go-to for all things coffee and kitchen. From the huge array of coffee flavors to the wide assortment of gadgetry, this gem is a must-visit for anyone who finds themselves on the Granbury square. Heck, the delicious aromas alone make a visit to the store worth the trip. And don't get me started on their cold brew! But their defining feature is the customer service. The staff greets every visitor and offers assistance, they are highly knowledgeable about the products they offer, and they are always quick with a smile and friendly conversation while they help you.

My mom and i have always loved going into this store. Unfortunately, when we tried to go in a couple weeks ago, we were deterred from ever going back. When walking in, the young lady at the counter asked me to put my mask on (even though i have a medical note exempting me from wearing one) i told her i would gladly wear one, but not over my nose, as i am asthmatic and have already suffered side effects from wearing a mask. She proceeded to throw her hands on the counter like a child throwing a tantrum, and shouted out that she has a condition and that if i did not wear one, i could not enter. I have never seen an employee treat a customer with such disrespect without even listening to what i said.

Used to be our favorite place to get coffee but they are in direct violation of Abbott’s order and refused to allow us to enter even though we have valid medical conditions under the order. Discrimination of any kind is absolutely not tolerable. Even after the orders are lifted we will not be coming back to this place.
