Trashy place. People throw their garbage wherever. Roaches have been infesting the building. They canceled the trash pick up service (we are still charged for it). Night time maintenance never comes out. Multiple bathroom floodings that had been left soaked for days. Only having one toilet and going those days without being able to use it. Was left a whole weekend with no AC after the office said it was fixed. No one cares, office will stop answering phone calls. Don't rent here. Honestly wish I could keep giving it 1 star.

Had a break in. Found out there was no security bar on my sliding door. I have put in numerous work orders to deaf ears. Power went out for over 24 hours. Power is supposed to be inlcluded in rent. Called the cable company to ask what happened to my cable package that was also included in rent, the leasing office discontinued it but still has us paying and did not inform us of anything!!!! I’m beyond aggravated and will be moving the hell out!!! I miss the management group with contour. At least work orders got filled and we got what we pay for

Wish 0 stars was an option. In March the sewage backed up in my apartment and the vacant one across the hall. Maintenance came and took up the carpet in the closet and no where else. On top of that he carried it out soaking wet. And got sewage through the rest of my apartment. And did absolutely NOTHING to the sewage in the public hallway. Since then nothing has been done by management (older or \NEW\). Same old song and dance but no one even bothered to come check it out. I cleaned the carpet but I cant replace what was torn up. So I can't walk in my closet without shoes because of the carpet nails. But the last straw was that last week I was taking my dogs with me. While I turned to lock the door one of them laid down in the disgusting, untouched sewage carpet. Now he has a rash all over his body. I have asked for nothing but that the clean up a hazardous waste. I lost clothing and some other personal items due to sewage damage. I didn't ask to replace that. Nor for treatment for my dog. I just want to get out of this hell hole before we all get sick. I spoke with new management 3 times before I posted this review. It was through calling about this that I learned the property had been purchased.
