I am thrilled with the beautiful Steinway piano I received from The Piano Store! The staff was professional, informative, patient, and generous. My gorgeous piano traveled from California to Florida with white-glove delivery service in a Mercedes truck. Bob was helpful in advise and always encouraged me to have my own representative come to his store to verify the excellent details of the piano I was receiving. As an added bonus the Piano Disc player system was installed so now my 1989 Steinway is lively and fills the room with glorious music even if I'm not a skilled pianist. The handsome, rich finish is magnificent and Bob is very trustworthy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am completely delighted with the piano I received. Kudos to the Piano Store! One can't do better than this!
