If there was an option for ten gold stars, then this place deserves each one of them! Larry was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the pianos I was inquiring about. He helped guide me with his honest feedback about which piano to purchase. I ended up purchasing a young chang, and I appreciated his expertise knowledge about that specific brand. This place has definitely earned my business for all my piano needs!

We were looking for a small baby grand piano to complete our new home. After visiting several stores, we happened (really by accident) the Piano Store in Phoenix. They were in the middle of a remodel but we were greeted by a gentleman named Larry Bateman. We explained that a small size was important and learning to play the piano was on our bucket list. After sharing his background and years of experience with us, he asked if we had considered a digital piano? After his demonstration and explanation, we were sold. He offered us a great price and we are excited to try our new Dynatone in our home. We respect Larry’s professionalism, knowledge and experience. Our experience not only left us with a magical musical instrument, but a new friend as well.
