The Pickled Beet is wonderful. They are a great solution when you want to outsource the time and effort that goes into planning and preparing healthy meals. You can tell them your dietary goals, and they will even adhere to a given amount of daily calories. The meals are delicious and varied. My favorites are the Italian dishes! Before the meals are prepared, you are able to comment on the menu ahead of time and request changes. Chef Elizabeth provides a great service that simply makes sense for my household.
