The Pool Guys of Tampa are by far the best pool company in the area. Tony, Anita and their staff are phenomenal. They jumped in the middle of a very poor pool remodel and somewhat saved the day! It was our first time going through having our pool refinished and turns out we picked a sub par, unprofessional and almost illegaly certified as a contractor (loophole). Turns out he had been arrested for this in the past but we did not know. We were at the start up portion of the pool and had major concerns. I had the good fortune of calling Anita --looking for a part my lazy contractor could not find and I started telling her about my experience. She immediately jumped in to help! Tony came out and saw the pool and was absolutely disgusted. He took over the start up and got it looking as best as he could. He helped me write an email and get a refund from my other contractor. His knowledge of the process and passion for pools is unmatched! If he does any work for you, it will be by the book and 100% accurate. That is so hard to find in a contractor. They serviced my pool for months and it was always spot on. The report, pictures you receive from each visit is the best in the business. Absolute gem of a company! We didn't have the good fortune of using this company for our remodel but they are fantastic! I actually was looking for a part that my contractor was unable to find and Anita was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful in explaining what I needed and even reaching out to her distributor to find the part for me---even though I wasn't her customer!! I then was able relay that info to my less than stellar contractor. The level of customer service and personal touch she displayed is something that is incredibly hard to find. The passion that her and her husband have for remodeling pools, taking care of them and overall just being great people is truly appreciated. I look forward to working with them as we continue to upgrade our pool equipment and for service as needed. Thanks again for the amazing help Anita!

I called to see about getting my pool cleaned the lady who answered the phone was rude made it seem like I didn't have money even though 1200-1500 for a pool cleaning is high i wanted to have someone to come out because I wanted to have someone look because I'm not a pool expert. The lady then suggested that I just take pictures of the pool to send her.
