I waited approximately an hour as he took other customers first, simply because I wanted to mail one package and UPS a second package that were simply a shirt each. I called when I was on my way and asked if I could bring my own postage, and he said yes, but it turned out no when I got there. I said fine, but an hour wait in that place, with no air-conditioning, and I could have just done all that at the post office, and at least, I would have gotten the job done by then. I finally left to go to another place to send my stuff. ant they were both sent in a total of 7 minutes. If you’re going to be keeping people waiting all day, and not wait on then in the order that they arrived, at the very least, don’t be rude.

Lonnie is helpful, organized and friendly. My mail is safe with him as well.
Terrible experience. Before I left home, I checked to make sure this location offered the service I needed and took walk-ins. Went here today for live-scan. Waited patiently for the associate at the counter to finish his personal conversation with the customer ahead of me. When I asked to get livescan fingerprinted which was clearly written on the in store sign, I was denied service. Supposedly the machine was “down” and the agent was extremely rude when I asked if there was any other place he knew of nearby. I found another place a few miles away on my own that did the service, no problem. If you’re too scared to touch someone’s hand, take down your sign or at least put up a notice that you’re too afraid to offer it right now. If there was a sign in the window saying that service was halted or something, I never would have even come in. When a customer you refuse to help asks you for help in finding somewhere else to go, being rude and dismissive is unnecessary. I’ll never go there again. This man who was afraid to touch my hand was still touching money with his bare hand,, the dirtiest item to avoid if you’re afraid of germs.
I came here to get some documents notarized and they helped me pretty quickly. They charge about 18 per document, I believe. Not bad to me. Be mindful though, that they don't have a notary for the first hour or so and the past 30 minutes before closing time. I have come back repeatedly to get documents notarized.
Lonnie always greets me with a huge smile. It doesn’t matter if I have prepaid labels or if I’m buying postage he always treats me the same! This is a one stop shoppe for all of your postal needs!
