What a great support experience. I was attempting my first bowtie or butterfly splint on a walnut slab, and my Bosch router just seemed to be missing something in the assembly of the special bit system. I sent photos to Router Expert Jim Diederich, and he quickly figured out what I needed and shipped the part to me that I needed. I am very much a novice and enjoy learning new things - Jim was patient and knowledgeable. Both skills are really helpful and rare these days. Thank you, Jim, and The Power Tool Store!

Fantastic store with an excellent selection of tools including Festool and Saw Stop. Jim has helped me multiple times in the store and is incredibly knowledgable. He went above and beyond in walking me through the benefits of various options and was able to order in a saw that was not available elsewhere in town. Wonderful experience shopping here. Have bought several items from them from saw blades to shop equipment. One thing I like about them is each person has their own opinion based on their experiences with the tools rather than what they are being told to say. You can tell they use their tools in addition to selling them. When I have gone in if somebody isn't working with me there are several others that are asking if I need help. They're honest about their prices and are very competitive (especially for being local and not being a big box store). They also have specialty tools rather than just the generic ones that the big box stores have. Great local store with real people that have their own experiences/opinions. Highly recommend!
