I stopped by today and I really appreciate the customer service I received from staff. Miss Sabrina showed a lot of professionalism & she was nice enough to guide me through the website to find prices and availability. This community is surrounded by a nice neighborhood near the marquee and the prices are generous.

Staff is extremely friendly! Have lived here for 2 years and the overall experience has been good. Overall appearance could improve a little bit but that's with every place, so there's no doubts they are trying their best to improve on that!

I've been here almost 2 months and I'm regretting moving here. This was a rush move for me the price was right and had what I needed, or so I thought. Not because of management or because of the neighborhood, but because of the conditions. The water turns everything orange and rusty, I have to clean my toilet almost daily just for it to look half way decent. In addition, when I first moved in the place wasn't cleaned properly. So, I had to deep clean before moving my items in. Prior to moving in I fogged the apartment because the people before me were clearly unkept and didn't care about cleanliness. The buildings are also older and look nothing like the photos online. But, I didn't hold that against them because it's marketing I get it. Everything was good until the last 2 weeks. ROACHES......not only are their ROACHES but I've found their eggs on my countertops and in the cabinets and I'm extremely freaked out by this. It's disgusting and frustrating, I do not want to bring food into the apartment. I don't even want to eat here. The manager wants to do a \Viper\ treatment which I welcome with open arms. But the fact of the matter is that I'm really not comfortable being here at all. I'd really like to move, I don't think I can handle 10 1/2 more months. I posted a picture of the roach eggs. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because they do try to fix things, maintenance is nice and the neighborhood isn' horrific, and Leanna is awesome in the office with her bubbly personality. Customer services counts for something.
