I have lived at The Quarters for 2 years now and will be living here again for my final year at UNI. There are so many amenities to use like the gym and pool which is my favorite because I can hangout with friends there in the summer! They just recently put in a study room which is so nice because I love a change of scenery when studying. It's only a short walk from campus which is also really nice! College kids can get loud sometimes, but the pros outweigh the cons!

Great place to live!! Amazing staff that works in the office. They are always friendly and super helpful whenever I go into the office or send them an email. Rent is a very reasonable price and have the furniture package is great. The rooms are a reasonable size and the overall apartment is great! I have already resigned for next year!
I've lived here for the past 3 years and have had a great experience. Every year I have recruited new roommates and neighbors to live in the Quarters with me. The complex promotes community style living and it's very easy to make friends with your entire building, which is always fun! The office always has free food/drinks, and has many giveaways during the holiday season. Receiving packages to the office is very easy and convenient. There are so many amenities included in the price of rent, so if you utilize all of those the money is worth it. If you don't utilize them, the price of rent is pretty expensive. The maintenance crew is usually fast to fix any problem. Overall a great place to live. The only negative I would say is that the appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer) are outdated in some units, but some units have the newer ones.
Living here was terrible. The site manager is rude and it's rare to find a night without noisy neighbors. Also they try to stick you with fees here and there that seem completely unreasonable.
Great place to live! Friendly staff and they always respond quickly to any maintenance requests or questions my roommates and I have had. I have already resigned for next year! Nice apartments and a great community style way of living.
