Amenities abound, but you will pay for them. Very close and easy access to US 290, but you will hear the cars at all hours. Managers on site are nice, but Roscoe Properties calls the shots. Maintenance is fine, generally easy to talk to and helpful, neighbors are mostly quiet and respectful. It really is a beautiful property, and my basic 1 bedroom unit is very spacious with a convenient layout. I've been here 6 months and I'm currently on the fence regarding re-signing my lease.

I love living here. It's quiet and clean. The layout of the apartment itself is great. Plus, it's close to highway, so going north or south is no issue!
