A great way if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a super quiet and tranquil space, and I was able to get a good nap in. Would definitely come back!

I'm all about mental health and recharging the body. As an adult i regularly take naps to recharge. However the quality of your nap and rest is just as important as how long you do it for. The Rest Room gets the ambiance, comfort and accessibility parts down so that my rest is on point. I was concerned about cleanliness of course with everything going on but I was reassured by the strict cleaning process both before and after I took my nap. NYC should take more naps!
Awesome place to recharge between tight shifts. Beds are comfy and the staff is very help. I definitely recommend.
Just discovered The Rest Room ; I was able to take a power nap between a few meeting and a busy NYC day. Love the space, super clean and helpful staff
