The maintenance team at The Rev are efficient, helpful, and quick. I have never had issues resolved so quickly, and with attention to detail. The Rev maintenance team have restored my faith in issues being addressed in a timely and appropriate manner. Thanks to Pete and Mike for fixing my washer dryer super fast!!

The initial process has ok. Good communication and so forth. There was a miscommunication when it came to move in information that My roommate and I moved past. What is not acceptable that we moved in and discovered roaches. We initially thought that maybe it was just a few. We slept our first night in the apartment but awoke the next morning to more. When I contacted the office I was told I would have to wait until the next week when the exterminator comes. If I wanted it done before then we would have to pay for an exterminator ourselves. We went out and bought roach products in hopes of doing it ourselves. Needless to say more decided to come out and play. They are everywhere! When I opened the oven and dishwasher...yes you guessed right they were in there as well. At this point I dont know what to do. I was also stopped by a tenant who saw us coming in and said they had painted over the mold in my bathroom. Go figure. If it was one of the office staff in this position im sure they would understand why I post this review. Maybe this is how they think their tenants should be treated and live......but it is simply unacceptable!

Pete, an excellent addition to the maintenance team. In all other apartment complexes I've lived in there has always been problems with the upkeep inside of the apartments, when something breaks down. When Pete shows up he can always be counted on to Do His Job! He has demonstrated an uncanny ability to fix anything that is put on his plate, and he does it right away if, possible. He never has abandoned any work order. He simply get's things done. Do Your Job is my motto and Pete passes in flying colors. Don't lose this rare find.-Bernard

Wow so much to say, but ill make it short and simple. Pete is absolutely amazing! He is part of the maintenance team here at the apartment complex and Pete is fantastic! If there has been a maintenance issue at my place, he has always insured that it gets taking care of. His customer service is phenomenal! He always has a great attitude and a smile on his, and he gets the job done. I know that no matter what the situation is, i know im in good hands with Pete. He is truly amazing! I just love living here at The Rev. The office personnel they are great also, and very friendly and always ready and willing to help with smiles on there faces as well. Thanks to you all for giving me a great living experience here at The Rev!

Logan was the real MVP for coming late at night when we broke our keys inside the keyhole of our door! We left our 7 month puppy inside our apartment and my boyfriend and I were so worried he would not get food or water! He came just in time! Everyone was a happy camper thank you so much!!!
