The Rowland Group has been amazing to work with! Niki especially.. She has gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect job. She has spent countless hours on and off the clock marketing me and helping me land a great position! She looks out for my best interest and isn't just trying to do whats good for her, rather she's doing whats best for me. I definitely recommend her and definitely recommend The Rowland Group.
I did not have a good experience with the Rowland Group at all. My recruiter was Maggie. When I first met up with her she gave me tips on how to revise my resume, but that was it. She was never available to talk on the phone and always out of the office. They pick and choose who they find employment for. I'm in the administrative and clerical field and she always told me she didn't have anything available. But if I go on Indeed or other job searching websites, there were administrative positions posted to work at their location. Their job is to finds jobs for people! I don't know if they discriminate because of race or educational background, but this place is horrible. I would definitely not recommend them.
I had an excellent experience working with Laura Denson of the Rowland group. She was very thorough with passing on information and keeping a consistent channel of communication during the interviewing and negotiation process. I would recommend working this recruiting firm to anyone looking for a job.
