They have good portion sizes and the make your own salad option is terrific. It's a bit pricey though and the chicken quality isn't on par with the price. Overall, it is a great place to eat healthy.

Although my salad was fresh, there was a large ratio between romaine and toppings. How can you have a fiesta salad without avocado? I also was very disappointed to see that there wasn't an option for me to have a bottled water... I wanted to carry but am very irked by 'infused' water- I worked in the restaurant industry for too long and know that more times than not, soda machines are not cleaned properly and caked with mold and fruit that is 'floating' is often not washed beforehand. Giving people the option, when you are promoting yourself as a carry out would be really appreciated.
Salads are always very fresh, gets lots for your moneys. They also have amazing dressings with a huge variety. Stop in and check it out. You'll love it
My girlfriend and I came into the area from Atlanta and was super happy with our decision to drive up to this salad shop. Everyone was super nice and friendly and the salads were everything we'd hope they'd be. The people of Brighton are lucky to have this place around.
Finally...Brighton has a healthy take out place! Toma's may look unassuming from the outside, but inside you'll find just about every fresh ingredient offered to make the perfect salad. Pick from their menu or build your own -- which is my recommendation. The dressings are all homemade too! Warning though: even the small salad feeds me for two days!
Best salads I've ever had! Fresh ingredients, homemade dressings, perfect portions, reasonable prices, friendly wait staff and beautiful new location!! I highly recommend The Salad Shop!!
