Total scam, do not order anything from them online. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Placed my order on December 2nd to have it as a Christmas present. My credit card was charged 2 days later but never received an order confirmation or a shipping notice. Emailed three times and called multiple times, left messages but no answer whatsoever. I still had hope that the item would show up in time for Christmas but of course this was whish full thinking. They could have easily let me know that the item will not be shipped on time. During difficult times things can happen. They have staff to charge the card and take the money as fast as possible. That's all they care about. As the holiday past I ordered the item from another vendor and had it shipped to me within 3 days. Needless to say I disputed the charge on my credit card account. End of January I received a shipping notice out of the blue. Again calling and emailing them not the ship the item because its 2 months late, no answer of course. The item actually arrived but I refused delivery so it was shipped back. And of course once again no answer and no refund. It's very sad that there a companies out there that are only out to scam you.

A message to the owner... Prior to making my purchase, I read great reviews about your business. I felt confident that I would have a positive experience, but unfortunately this is not the case. I ordered a midi keyboard over a month ago (order #10460). My credit card was charged right away, but I have not received any updates as to the whereabouts of my order. We called and left a message as well as emailed over a week ago. We have not received any response. I have no choice but to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and start over somewhere else. Very frustrating. I will give you until Monday 8/31 before I call the credit card company. I hope you can resolve this situation quickly.

Update: they did call me today, and apologized and issued a refund. It’s Covid so I guess all business, small in particular, are getting hit hard. I appreciate their returning my calls and messages. We placed 3 orders in November, our card was charged immediately, and nothing has even been shipped yet. What’s worse is that I have sent 2 emails and Facebook messages (which were read) without even getting a response. I totally understand Covid has greatly impacted a lot of businesses, but you can at least respond to messages with updates. I have no choice but to call my bank to dispute the charges.

Buyers beware scam artist Horrible business, never received my order I called no answer. I sent 4 emails no reply backs, they took my money and ran. Update: Called me told me the item is on the way never gave me a tracking number 2. week later still nothing, called 4 more times screening calls not picking up, emailed no emails back, it's been over 2 months

The owner Clarence was very knowledgeable on all products and even gave me tips on my performing for my career. I ordered a drum stand that was supposed to ship priority mail. My credit card was charged right away. On day 6, still with no shipping info, I called and left a message. After 2 more days, on day 8, Ronnie Freeman returned my call and left a message promising the stand would ship soon. On day 21, I called again and left another message. It has been 9 days since then with no response. It is now DAY 30 and I am going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I can get no response from The Shed's Ronnie Freeman. Please don't order anything online from this company!

Great experience overall. Clarence the drum tech is very knowledgeable about products and repairs and kept cost savings in mind throughout the repair process. All staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
