Initial contact good, willing to work with me on price. It ended there - 2 weeks turned into 4, then they just showed up. His crew climbed on the roof of my camper (not designed to be stood on) & started beating the ice off it with shovels. Had they come when promised, it was prior to bad weather setting in. I stopped them, called the owner & never heard from them again. Less than zero stars, but it won't post without at least 1...
