Here's a shout out to Tom and the Shutter Factory. We met Tom and Marcus at the Stuart Flea Market. Not really looking for shutters, but had one Slider Door Opening we were kicking around on how to add a tasteful covering to. As we walked by Tom caught my eye and initiated conversation, very well dressed and friendly. We set up an appointment and they showed up on time and we settled on a great option (surprised Tom didn't add our photo here). The delivery was as promised and the pricing well in line with a quality product and installation.

Outstanding Young Man really knows how to treat people, very professional attention to detail should be his motto. Keeps his word. He only uses American made Material I was so happy to hear of the Shutter factory and when I met Thomas Shinn I was very impressed I really liked hearing he grew up in the area went to High School at Martin and he really shows his knowledge of how they are made and what choices we have. I love my shutters. Tom was great came over showed me the product and I was impressed. The fact that they are made in the USA is a plus.. Right on time that he told me they would be ready for installation..

I had a great experience with shutter factory. Tommy and his team were professional, respectful, timely, and hardworking. They really put a lot into the detail work, and our house looks even better then I thought it would. I 100% recommend using shutter factor.
