Expert service and enthusiastic staff. I got my tennis racquet re string here and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable too.

The staff here is awesome!.. My whole family went in October to get fitted for our lease equipment for the season. I chose to lease new boots with the expectation of purchasing them at the end. After getting fitted for everything and trying it all on we left. Two months later we were about to ski for the first time and I went to try on my boots to get them adjusted and found them to be very tight and painful to wear. I emailed that night and actually got a response well after closing time. Duane told me what to do and I returned the day after we skied and they got me into the correct boots and readjusted my ski's without any question. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. We have been going here for a few years now and will definitely continue to. Jim Pessolano

Sean was great! Very patient and helpful sizing up my girls for boots. Didn't offer a huge selection but that's probably because season has already kicked off. I'm so very glad my girls got quality stuff that they can grow into. Checking out, Sean even surprised me with 10 off using points from my last purchase That I wasn't even aware of. That's was a nice surprise. Great job ski bum, we'll be back!

This is the only place to ever go for outdoor sports equipment. 12 years SkiBum has been our go to for all things ski. Their annual rental and early bird discounts make it easy to keep up with growing kids. The fact that they go out of their way to size and resize throughout the season Is what separates them from other stores. Its a personalized experience every time. If they don't have it, they can order it. The owners are hands on and all the employees are true outdoors enthusiasts so they know what their are talking about. If you want to have a no hassle fantastic ski season just go to ski bum period! from your gear to your lift tickets and everything in between they are the experts and the only place to go.
