My experience overall was great! They took care of my remote install in a quick and timely fashion. I hadn't even made it home yet before I got the call they were all done!! I just had Sound Factory do a full audio upgrade for the second time, on my Raptor. The quality of work and attention to detail is great, it sounds so much better than stock. They even fixed a botched hardwire job for my radar detector that I had another shop do, and they went above and beyond to help me out. I've had them tint both vehicles as well, and am very happy with the job. I highly recommend the Sound Factory for any of your projects, they work with all level of enthusiasts. Paul is a great guy and fantastic owner who will always look out for his customers.

Brought my 05 Camry to the sound Factory this morning to get subs, backup cam, alarm and new speakers and let me just say, the sound factory did an amazing job.
