We found ourselves in the difficult position of needing to sell our parent's home from another state. Heather was a true professional from the very first phone call. We are thankful for the great service and support Spear Realty gave us when selling our house a few months ago. We listed at a tough time a year and handed Kristy Moyssiadis and Kim Spear a bit of a challenging house to sell as well. But they rose to the challenge, gave us all kinds of directions on how to prepare for our sale and supported us through a successful contract at a very fair price. They were personally helpful as we got ready for a cross-country move, kept in touch through check ins and answered any questions we had promptly. They have a great network and the other real-estate agents love working with them because of their great reputation for being honest and above board. Our realtor was Heather Walker with The Spear Realty Group. She was excellent from start to finish. She educated us on the process and gave sound and experienced advice on options we didn't even know we had. Heather helped us sell my mother's home of 28 years. Very professional and friendly and all with being COVID safe. I had confidence that she was knowledgeable in her field and it really paid off. She had so many connections to contractors that was so reasonable and honest. I first used my contacts to get estimates on repairs that would benefit the sale of the home and then contacted hers. Turns out that her contractors were so much cheaper! Heather is my realtor now and I will be contacting her for my real estate needs. The Spear Realty Group kept us informed throughout the whole process as well. Responsive, professional, and did I mention responsive? That is very important. There is nothing worse than when you submit a question and days pass without an answer. Never the case with TSRG. They even help you with an app just for you once you're their client to help you keep up to date on what's going on with your property. Super informative. Alexis, the listing coordinator always kept me in the loop with what my listing was doing. Kim would help me with facilitating signing documents. Kristina, the closing coordinator, helped with all the closing information and what steps I needed to take in order to have a smooth closing. Finally, Heather, my realtor, she was the glue that held this whole process together for me. Apologies for the long review, but this isn't Amazon. Home buying and selling is a huge process. A process that takes a team to see you through it. The Spear Realty Group is that team and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their real estate needs.
