Was having a problem during the pandemic finding a Trek Domane SL 6 in my size. Tracked one down using the Trek website to The Spoke Shop in Billings Montana. Hanna, Cooper, and Bryson took good care of me and walked me through the process of getting the bike to me here in Utah through BikeFlights. Excellent customer service at every stage. Wish they were local as I would give them all my business. Thank you!

Purchased our E-bikes a year ago from The Spoke Shop. Very happy with our Specialized Como 4.0 E-bikes! Employees know their products and don't try to up sell what you don't want or need. They service what they sell and are a great source of advice and knowledge of biking. So glad we went with them!
