I spoke with Justin, the GM, over the phone. He promptly provided me a price quote on a Big-Tex 12’ utility trailer and I made a deposit. I showed up a day early to buy it. His team quickly got it prepped, washed and connected to my truck. The paperwork was quick. Justin and his staff were friendly, down to earth and pleasant to do business with.

Reading the reviews is what attracted me to this location. Once I arrived the staff greeted me as soon soon as I stepped in. The young fellow Cesar I believe his name was the walked me out and gave me my options in trailers. We picked a trailer that would fit my needs walked back inside where he introduced me to his manager Justin. Justin greeted me and made me feel welcome to shop at his store. I then paid for the trailer walked over to the DMV lady where she to made me feel very confident about my purchase. Walked out and the Hispanic older gentleman hooked my trailer up and I drove off. Again that experience was amazing. Over all had one of the most painless trailer purchase ever. These guys know exactly how to treat there customers. Definitely will be coming back in the future and letting all my friends know about this place. Thanks Cesar and the Gang for helping me help.

They had the trailer I wanted. Justin Walker really came through. I drove a 125 miles to get this trailer. They were very nice and were to do what took to make the experience a pleasure. On Monday (11/23/2020) the better half and I purchases a 2021 Big Tex 16' car hauler. (Model 60EC-16BK) We had corresponded with Cesar over the last few weeks about our needs in a car hauler trailer. It was ready when I pulled into Trailer Mart. The legal transactions were done very fast with excellent professionalism and courtesy. Cesar went beyond the call of duty and helped reconnect my brake control module for trailer braking. Everything was tested and fully functional before I left the yard. Cesar needs a pat on the back for a job well done. We are very happy with the trailer and the transactions. It trails, tows, & maneuvers very well. Thank you Cesar, job well done. We are happy campers.

Now normally I don’t do this. There’s typically always negative reviews out there, but a couple days ago I went to The Trailer Mart looking to purchase a Utility Trailer. I was greeted by a young man named Cesar Ruiz. I know absolutely nothing about trailers, just that I needed one for the quads I just purchased for Christmas. Cesar was very informative. He laid out all my options and was never pushy for me to purchase. Honestly we talked more about everything else which was refreshing. He helped me narrow down my options I decided to purchase a Black 12ft Utility Trailer. Cesar helped me set everything up. He was very patient with me which is always appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to The Trailer Mart because of Cesar.
