These guys have an amazing process for getting through a large amount of people quickly and efficiently. I pulled up and the line was out the door which worried me, however they have so many people working and are going so quickly that I was waiting for under 5 minutes. Amazing job here, really highly recommended this location. Thanks so much for getting everyone's holiday packages out the door!

This store is absolutely awful. I flew home for the holidays to see my family and they were kind enough to get me a few things for Christmas. So I didn’t have to worry about the hustle and bustle of flying a box of all of my misc. things on a plane, I decided to ship it to my home in Georgia via UPS. One week later on the day I was told it would be here by the clerk, I check the tracking and it says the order is being processed and that they don’t even have my package (even though somehow they have the weight of the package, weird.) To make it even better, I called asking what the hole up was and they said they couldn’t answer my question and they gave me a 1-800 number to call. I tried calling the number and it’s not even a real line. I’ll make sure to go to the FedEx store on State Hill road next time. Couldn’t be more frustrated.

Never answers the phone... package has been sitting there for over a week now and hasnt moved and no one will answer their phone. They need better employees obviously.

Robert was so helpful! There was a line of people out the door with only ten minutes till close. In I walk with a pile of Amazon returns. Most people would have seem annoyed-not Robert! He was pleasant and helpful through the entire transaction!!! Thank you Robert!!
