Tony is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! His team is also extremely helpful. I used Tony's UPS location when my father (who is a Veteran) fell ill late last year. Tony always greeted me with a smile (which made my day in a difficult time) and was very helpful. On one of my many visits I needed to copy & forward 57 pages by fax to the VA hospital and he honored my father in extending him veteran pricing. I regularly saw Tony at his store and his employees always seemed happy and helpful. It is clear he takes great pride in his business and makes an active effort trying to positively engage with his clients. He is not a transaction person...rather he tries to connect and bring a smile to each of his customer's faces before they leave his store. Thank you Tony.
