I will update with the name of the employee, he wore a red mask, but these guys are awesome!! Really nice location and the guy who handles the front desk is really professional and helpful!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a ups store. I came in to simply get a the tall asian-american gentleman to print a shipping label for me which I had spoken with him about the previous day. He very rudely told me to send it to the stores email so he could print it out. Then he goes in the back on a phone call for at least 5 min. I finally called out too him \hello sir did you get that email so we can print this label? Once againhe rudely says I didn't get it I dont know what to tell you. And proceeds to help another customer. I said \sir we were here first that's very rude to bypass us like that\ ! The guy says leave get out now or I will call security.\ Even the other customer's were going wow!
