I've been coming to this store for years and the staff and owners have always been so friendly and helpful. It really saddens me that that woman would give this store a low rating because she was so freaked out over a customer in the store without a mask on and the staff apparently didnt force the customer to put one on. If she is so concerned about her own health perhaps she ought to stay home and quarantine until MSM and Lord Newscum tells her it's safe to come out. Til then, leave the rights of other people and store owners out of it. But seriously, all that aside, this is and has always been a store with A service!!

Twice in the last week I visited this UPS Store, and both times I was treated very kindly. My first visit was for them to pack and ship a sewing machine. I had checked with another UPS Store for an estimate so expected to pay about the same amount at this location. However, to my surprise, the cost was 25% less. On my second visit, I had eight boxes to ship, some of them very heavy. The nice young woman who helped me brought a dolly out to the car and carted them inside for me. What took her 5 minutes would have taken me much more time, plus I would have been exhausted. In the future, should I have need of help with packing/shipping shipping, I will definitely use the services of this UPS Store, near Trader Joe's on Haven just north of the 210 freeway.

This UPS store is wonderful beyond words! The owner Tom and his team are outstanding. They have helped me successfully wrap and ship difficult items such as a sousaphone across the country. Other stores refused and were not capable of completing such a rigorous task.The owner is awesome, caring, and knowledgeable. I am forever grateful to this UPS store. It is my favorite and I easily rate it an 11 out of 10. Thank you for your kindness and professional work!

Let me begin by saying that I rarely write business reviews unless I have had an extraordinarily good or bad experience with a particular business. I am happy and anxious to share an extremely positive experience I recently had doing business with this UPS Store, located at 6371 Haven Avenue and more specifically with Tom, the owner. When an issue arose with a particular service offered through the UPS store, Tom was quick to take responsibility and decisive action to resolve the matter despite the fact that he and his employees bore no actual responsibility or accountability. I have seldom encountered an individual or business owner who is as honest, ethical and empathetic as Tom. No business or individual is infallible, we all understand that that's just a fact of life. What separates truly honorable and ethical individuals and businesses are the ones who will unconditionally stand behind their products and services. Tom is one of those rare individuals. I can wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this UPS Store because of the honest and ethical nature of its owner, Tom. With Tom leading his employees and setting the example and standards that he holds himself to, you can trust this business for whatever products or services you may need.
