Great experience. Got some paperwork faxed over; it was quick and painless! I was literally in there for about 5 mins or so. The personnel working there were nice and very patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They also have a lot of other printing capabilities that I have not seen around town so I will most certainly be back. Thank you for a lovely visit.

My husband and I tried shipping something at the post office and were told by the man behind the register the address did not exist and was just rude and rude to every customer. We drove across the street to ups where we were greeted by Candace and Clay who had amazing customer service. Clay did state the address we needed wasnt found but he could override it so we confirmed the address was correct which it was a new road but that option was not given at the post office. Kudos to Candace and Clay you guys are awesome!!
Great, consistent customer service! I've been coming here for three years and have always been greeted with friendly smiles and knowledgeable staff. Everytime. I've used them to ship packages to my husband while deployed to Iraq, Korea, to fax important stuff immediately after 5pm (a bit costly), and getting stuff notarized on weekends. It's a small site but highly efficient on what they can accomplish. Convenient location across PX and on base post office in case you don't use them lol Although, I Highly recommend their services.
I've had a UPS box at this location for years and it's more than worth it! The entire staff is awesome with great customer service, I like getting email notifications when I have a package delivered to let me know when something arrives. Most of them know me by name so it makes me happy to go by and say hi when I'm picking something up. I have recommended to friends and will continue to recommend to friends, keep up the good work!
I shipped two packages with this UPS store. One of my packages arrived damaged at the store. After 3 months of of non-returned phone calls and several run-arounds. UPS called me to turn down my claim. UPS damaged a 300 set of rotors and shipping fees and stuck me with the bill. The packaging was claimed to be not sufficient enough occurring to “UPS” standards. I had even requested additional packaging in the store. Shows how well they handle packages. I will never ship through UPS again!!
