The condescending employee didn't like the box I wanted to ship my goods in. He tried to sell me a 1 box with 6 in packing materials. I refused to pay the extra money. Then he refused to send my package.

The rep that took care of us was very kind, quick, efficient, knowledgable and helpful! We had a bunch of returns as well as cow hides to ship out and we were in and out within 15 minutes. The store was clean and organized as well. Very pleasant experience!

As an employee of the company I applaud this particular UPS for there wonderful service to customers, their poise and attitude towards their customers demonstrates the positive atmosphere that one will enjoy coming to this place of business. One particular employee stands out above the rest with her perky kind-spirited bright personality (Bailey) is one of most profound diligent and positive UPS clerk this company has ever seen. There when you need them. Not going to lie, I went to the post office first but there they are closing the doors and locking up just as I arrive. But here is UPS Store, still open. I had Bailey helping me and she was awesome. Friendly and courteous and very helpful. This is my go to spot to ship my packages!
