Sometimes the service is lackadaisical but if you want the job done, or your index printed, this is the best place in the area. Don't expect to go to the UPS store off post and find anything better, you won't!

I'd recommend you NOT utilize this location, but you know they'd prefer not to have to deal with customers anyway so it's a win/win for them. Package dropped off 10/29/2020 has STILL shows not shipped as of 11/10/2020. Online status shows nothing new since the label was printed.

I understand very well that a package is not “guaranteed delivery”, but if you pay for an ‘estimated’ delivery of day x ( approximately 3/4 days ) and it’s 5 days late, shouldn’t you get a partial refund? Not this location......nodda. ps..... or says delivered, but it’s not there still.

Deceptive business practices. Will rush through sales with little to no explanation of services. Representatives will recommend no additional packing for shipped items and accept payment for insurance, but when faced with claims in the event shipped items are damaged, will blame customer for not reading contract despite their recommendation and rushed behavior. Will sell insurance while leading the customer to believe it protects against damage when it only protects against lost items. I do not recommend this place for your shipping needs. The employees do not care about keeping your items safe nor how much you pay to ensure it. They only care about covering themselves for future claims.

Don’t take the time to help the client on variations of shipping and prices. Paid 37 to send a letter to PR and still took 4 days.

You can't submit printing through their website because of a bank/store error and they can't figure out how to open up a google drive link, which google does automatically. Don't waste your time figuring it out, choose another company. Not rude, just not helpful.
