Walked in there on 3/3/21 with some very heavy, expensive, and fragile items I had to ship overnight to the west coast. I asked if I could observe the packaging and the very professional and pleasant young gentleman (George I think?) packed my items so carefully all my worry about in-transit damage disappeared. The items were received in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

We purchased cues online and the seller used this location to ship from. We bought insurance for them. However the lackluster staff is taking their sweet time dealing with a claim due to their incompetent packaging. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!
There were two young gentlemen working on 2/8/2020. They were so kind and professional to everyone as soon as they entered the store. I can ship from so many places but this exemplary customer service will keep me coming back to this location
I put the address that my packages were to go to, directly on each of my packages. The Ups employee stated that it was a new address. But a few days later I had checked my receipt for tracking numbers, since I hadn't heard from my niece stating she recieved the packages. And that is when I saw that they sent all the packages to the old address in another state! No wonder my niece hadn't recieved them. But the topper is I put the correct address on all the packages AND the guy behind the counter noticed that they had a new address. I just hope that there is something that can be done to rectify this because I have tried numerous times to make changes on line thru the Ups site but here is something crazy, it wouldn't let me change the shipping address even before the first delivery attempt! I have a bad feeling that no one at UPS will take responsibility. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Tremendous customer service! I had a form notarized; it was a completely painless process, took about 90 seconds and cost 10. The two men behind the counter were friendly, competent and efficient. I highly recommend this location!

This store is the one I use for printing and packaging for most of my needs, since it's next-door to my hometown as well as the one I live in now. I've grown friendly with all of the associates and a mail carrier here -- five that I know of in total -- albeit I haven't met Sam, the franchise owner. It's commonly laid-back here, and the associates can take a joke. The store manager gave me great advice for new business cards. I mentioned I was hoping to start helping elderly and/or inexperienced computer owners with software tutorials and hardware repair, and he offered a plethora of options and constructive criticism for my ideas. The other associates agreed that the end product would come out great, too. He took a professional picture of me, and even gave me free samples of what my cards would look like within a few days. Then we toyed around with MS Paint on the store's imaging computer, looked up other card examples, and had a good laugh. :) Although I had originally sent him images that were too small for 300 DPI printing, he worked closely and diligently with me to make sure that they came out right. I've gotten a lot of compliments on these cards since then! Thank you again for your help!
