Terrible customer service. The Hispanic lady in the front with the curly hair is so rude and always has an attitude when you ask her a question. It’s like she hates her job and it seems like she’s just making up prices when I ask her. I wouldn’t be surprised if she pockets the extra money she charges everyone. Taking my business to a diff ups in cypress.

The employee I encountered at this UPS store practiced discrimination and refused me service. This employee called another person on his cell phone whom, without identifying themself, also behaved in a discriminating manner. Each threatened to call the police multiple times, every time I agreed this would be proper, but then they didn’t follow through. It was another customer who saw my experience that volunteered to do the transaction for me. It is criminal to deny UPS customers their civil rights, protected by the Constitution even inside a UPS store. UPS employees that practice discrimination are legally culpable and open themselves to possible arrest. Thank you to the lady who volunteered to mail my packages!

Can't really experience the business if no one is there when the store should be open. I thought maybe Google had the wrong times, but nope. Just no one there. Another customer and I left this morning after we were done waiting for someone to show.

Refused to scan prepaid barcode saying it won't work ,after telling him it does work And he did it unwillingly, it worked...didn't apologize or admit mistake. I am worried about the box I dropped of and how these people will treat it.

Least friendly store I went to throughout the holidays. I appreciate they were very busy, but they were just Grinchs. Yelling at customers to maintain six feet, getting annoyed with questions, and general just unpleasant. I hope the New Year brings them a better disposition.

The customer service is just HORRIBLE. Guy was rude and on top of rude he was wrong. Lol. If you are going to be rude you at least have to be right. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to go to another one. This has happened almost everytime I have mailed form this location.
