Nice staff and generally good customer service at this location; but very poor at communicating when the store is closed due to weather, which is unacceptable when it's the only local option. I had an urgent shipping need that coincided with snowy weather, so I checked online (both Google AND UPS.com) and called the store, and neither option indicated that the store had decided to close due to weather. As such, I spent over 45 minutes driving in lousy weather to a closed-up store and then back home. Frustrating experience that could've easily been avoided.

I’d highly recommend this store - I’ve used the mailbox rental for awhile for trading art with pen pals or important documents, they take good care of packages, and it also offers all the perks of needing to use UPS for shipping and returns. The owners of the store are great and the employees are always friendly and go above and beyond every time I’m in there.
The employees are helping and friendly and helpful I have a really nice visit have time.
Going to this UPS store is always a positive experience. Joyce, the manager, is always the most helpful. She made copies of an important document I had notorized. Which I hadn’t even thought of doing. She’s very thoughtful and professional.
Very slow hard to work with
Joyce, the manager here, went above and beyond for me! I had not messed up the address on the package but also lost the receipt. She did some serious detective work and genuinely seemed happy to help solve my problems. Thanks Joyce! Definitely would recommend this location
