I appreciate this staffs professionalism and how they are always ready to assist. The location is convenient and I appreciate how quickly they are able to provide such stellar service. I’m in and out always in 5 minutes or less.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This place is pathetically slow. I waited over 40 minutes in line to ship a box international. I placed the box on the scale, and the clerk asked tons of questions, such as description of each item, its value, contact info of recipient etc. writing them down on a scratch piece of paper! I was told they would ship it for 300! She had the weight and measurements, she could had given me the cost of shipping upfront to insure that I was ok with the cost before asking details of the contents. Thank you UPS for wasted my time!
