For the most part staff is friendly. Don’t see a ramp for wheelchair access to store. Unless it’s on other side of the shopping center. Cute touch - they have Santa letters you can write and envelopes and a Santa mailbox.

I love this store it is convenient and I am constantly in here. My only issue is - the customer service. The younger people who work there are all friendly. There is however an older short Spanish woman who has the worst people skills I’ve ever encountered. She is smart with the customers, acts like you are doing her a favor, and blatantly rude! I basically, cross my fingers when I go in there; hoping, I don’t have to deal with her on my visits.People rent PO boxes there, I heard a gentleman ask if the mail was delivered, and the attitude and rudeness she responded with was unnecessary. It also makes the other customers feel uncomfortable. This woman has been working there a while, I don’t doubt she’s a good worker but I would remove her indefinitely from dealing with customers unless you want them to go elsewhere.

2 Boxes were delivered at the shop - company delivery and the boxes were thrown on the floor and they were not even handed to anyone. The boxes were extremely damaged.

The woman who signed the notary Tina On 8/10/20 at 5:58 pm was rude. She was u friendly and when my mother asked her a question she flat out ignored her like what she said didn’t matter . I know she heard my mother cause she looked up and back down. We go to this location because it is convenient but with her attitude we will likely find somewhere else to go.

Service is good. But if you are going to make people wait outside due to covid and limiting customers to 4 at a time, at the very least offer some water. It's hot outside.
