I had a little trouble with customer service at first, but a lot of it was unclear communication and was ultimately made right. When I wrote my review initially I was basically ignored and given the run around, so I had given one star. I increased my rating to 4 stars as the next morning I got a call from the store manager offering to personally make up the difference in service shortcomings as I didn’t understand when I initially shipped the package nothing was guaranteed with COVID (which makes sense as I’m sure their whole supply chain is impacted, but just wasn’t clear at the time I shipped). Overall, thanks to the store manager I haven’t completely lost my faith in UPS customer service and appreciate the steps she took. The only reason it’s not 5 star is all my initial difficulty.

I use this store very frequently and have always had the most professional and pleasant experience with everyone. They have handled the COVID crisis in exactly the way they should and June is the best along with Paisely!

Having a reliable shipper has gotten to be one of those really important things to look for when moving to a new area. I've had only excellent experiences with this business. There was some confusion on one shipment and the owner worked very hard to figure it out. Also, all the employees are very pleasant.

"The manager" is abrasive, condescending and clearly annoyed when you come into the store. After being quoted 66 to send a package USPS (which I just sent for 11.20), I apparently shouldn't not have questioned her. Since she "told me three times", clearly I'm being difficult. I love Daniel Island and how friendly it is (and everyone else that works at this store go above and beyond) but I refuse to be spoken to or treated with such animosity and rudeness. The owner should take note.
