The most atrocious & despicable customer service I've ever encountered at any business. The owner, Sue Lonski, does not know how to engage with customers in a productive or even respectful manner. After spending weeks trying to file a claim, no accurate information has been provided to me (or my recipient) thus far. Stay far away from this location & its lackluster employees/administrators/owners

Can’t make this up. I took an Amazon return purchase to the store and the next day I receive a notification that the same item has been delivered to my house. I checked the tracking number that I received from the store and it matched the Amazon return. It’s the same item and it’s in the same box!

Very nice customer service!! Usually in and out in less than 10 min! This is my go to place for all my mailing needs! They make copies, fax, return amazon items and so much more!!!

I had a unique situation where I needed to get a couple things taken care of at this store, though I live in Texas. I called and spoke with Ryan first who pointed me in the right direction to complete what I needed. Though they were busy when I called back, they took down my number and called me back shortly afterward to complete what I needed. I spoke with Dan who processed my payment and assured me all would be handled properly. Though the process has not yet been fully completed, I'm thrilled to have had this experience with this store and would recommend them completely.

I wanted to ship a part for a gun. They tell me they can not ship anything to do with a gun so fine. The next item I wanted to ship was snowmobile shocks so the kid checks to see if that's okay and it is, seems like to me you need to get approval to ship anything. Then he tells me it's 17.00 for a box highway robbery when you can buy one from Lowes or Home Depot for 2 to 3 and they mark up the insurance coverage from the 1.05 that UPS charges to 2.50 per hundred seems a little excessive.
