Ahamad was extremely helpful, I called in hopes to find something I sent out last May. He found my transaction, emailed it over to me. And called me back after some time just to confirm I received it. Everyone in the store is always so pleasant and helpful each time I go in. I highly recommend this location.

Not open during posted hours. Supposed to open at 9:30 am. (Now 9:45 am on Saturday, 4/29 and store closed.)

Came here to get some documents notarized and was refused notary from a very rude man after he stamped my document with his official seal. saying that he needed the other pages because he didn’t know what it was. He then scribbled out his notary stamp and told me to leave. Horrible service. Do not come here, very very rude. Not to mention he was sweating profusely as if he was sick.

They charge you to print UPS shipping labels, let that sink in.

I am surprised by the lacking quality of service at the UPS store on the corner of El Camino and College. They close at 5, and I was turned away at 5:01. Understandable, I suppose. I came back the next day and was almost turned away at 4:55, but I told them I had been turned away the day prior. The man helping we was rude and not helpful. He also seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I will now be going the extra few miles to the next nearest UPS store, and I hope to find some better customer service there.

Printing there is a scam. It costs 20c per B&W page, which is normal. The part that seems like a scam is that you can't plug a flash drive into the printer directly. You have to use their computer. They charge 2.50 to use the computer, so printing 2 pages cost me almost 3. The charges are posted on the wall, but I thought it would be ridiculous to charge me for "using the computer" when it is literally the only way to get 2 files from my flash drive to the printer

Helpful staff. Thick odor of cigarette smoke hangs in the store. It is unhealthy. This should be addressed.
