This place is a scam stay the hell away from it. Poor service, bad attitude and overpriced... they will charge 3 times the price just for taking your package to the post office without showing you a breakdown of the prices for shipping.

Terrible service by the two characters running the store while the owner is no where to be found. Told me it will take 24 hours to put a box together and they were backed up. I decided to buy the supplies and put it together my self. I was also asked not to use the table to put the box together claiming COVID pandemic and too many people in the store. I just spent more than 22 on supplies and they would not allow me to tape the box inside the store with a mask on and no other customers in the store. It took me under 2 minutes to tape the box in the parking lot on the trunk of my car. When I came back to the store a few minutes later to give the two characters a piece of my mind, one of them was taking a lunch break and the other one was just sitting around with out a mask starring at the ground, yet they wanted an entire day to box and deliver a package. There were no customers in the store to attend to. I emailed the owner but did not hear back yet. I will reach out to UPS to file a complaint. Rude, lazy and unprofessional. After 15 years of coming here and seeing the low grade of no customer service, I am done with this place. I advice you to do the same and not allow stores and employees to get away with bad customer service, especially when you are spending your hard earned money. Let that be a lesson that it is no longer acceptable to ignore giving a decent customer service experience and that customers have a voice with social media if business owners are looking the other way. You are canceled!!!

Just witnesses the worst customer service ever. An older woman walked in with her arms full of boxes and before she could ask if she could put the boxes down to go get a mask (she said she’d forgotten it in the car) the young guy started actually yelling at her that they don’t serve people who aren’t wearing masks. He just kept yelling while she tried to ask if she could set the boxes down. Unreal.

This store is under new ownership and new management as of recently. I went into the store today and was greeted by two extremely professional and nice employees. The lady who helped me (Jonna) was extremely nice and helped me to choose what size box to send my package in, and had a very positive demeanor. She even gave me multiple pricing options on how to send my package and looked up the price compared to the Postal Service - UPS was a lot cheaper. If you’ve tried this store in the past and didn’t like it due to management I highly recommend coming in again, this will now be my new go to UPS even though there are other locations closer to my house, just due to the niceness of the employees!
