Absolutely ZERO in-person customer priority. Had a line out the door and only 1 register running while the other guy worked on orders that could have waited. Also NO NOTARY SCHEDULE posted! Waited for over a half hour in line to be told there was NO notary. What total BS. Wont be using UPS any longer.

Helpful staff, handy services. If I get my pkg there before 4, it's usually in Seattle area the next day. They have printing ability & found they offered a notary service when I unexpectedly need one. I like the location, easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

I went to the store on tuesday february 16th 2021 at around 2:00 and the guy working there was so incredibly helpful and nice. I didn’t catch a name but he was pretty tall with longer hair. I hope manager sees this and gives him a raise!!!! he deserves it!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Need help with shipping? DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is unhelpful, rude and not up to date with shipping making your life harder! You will get 6 difference answers by the time you try and even ship anything. Update!! Save your headache and go on over to FedEx. They were polite, knowledgeable and got it done!

I have been in there quite a bit to return amazon items. Some of the people are very customer service oriented and some aren't. A couple people lack communication skills. Their policies regarding sending priority mail are questionable. I sent a letter to IRS that cost me approx 16.00, earlier in 2020. I kept checking to see if it got to Irs and when I went down there to check on it, they said the post office has that information. So down to post office and The post office told me that they charge 6, approximately. So why does UPS charge so much more for a letter? I will go to post office from now on for that. I don't have much of a choice with Amazon, unless it is to pay for returns.

Staff is too incompetent to update addresses or use their computers for that matter resulting in packages that are constantly late. Even after contacting multiple times and getting confirmation an address was changed they simply refuted the computer and delivered the package to the wrong location. Time is money and this store likes to play with your time, get it delivered anywhere else in the area.

I paid for a packaged to be delivered in two days. It has taken 5 days for the package to be delivered. This package was time sensitive!!!!! I contacted the UPS store and received no assistance. Additionally, no apology for the delay in my package and I was told that it is pretty normal for such occurrences to happen. Don’t waste your money with such an unreliable company. Use Fedex!
