The young boy at the counter was so nice and helpful. Honestly a breath of fresh air! I wish I got his name. I know he recently cut his hair. Lol. He was so helpful and took his time to get what I wanted done correctly. I appreciate that. You don’t see many people like him anymore! Yes I’ve had a women who wasn’t as nice there before but he was different and I appreciated him tremendously.

I have been using this location to send care packages to my friends during lockdown. They have been most helpful and kind, and have helped me with suggestions that allowed me to send even larger items to friends in need. While everyone at this store has been helpful, I found Vi to be incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I will continue to come here and recommend all my neighbors to do the same.

The UPS Store Mahwah, NJ, Franklin Turnpike has the nattiest woman working there. She made condesending and disparaging remarks to me. She has the ugliest attitude. I will never, never, ever patronize thie place again.

The guy at the store did not attend in manner and we only have boxes for drop off but the guy rudely told you need to go in the line and you cannot drop off boxes at the store.

I had a wonderful experience at this store today. I called last minute to see if they had a notary service available. I also needed to mail a package. They answered the phone immediately and gave me the hours. When I arrived there was one other customer in front of me and then V took me immediately and was super helpful. I had many documents to notarize and she was very kind and patient. She was also multitasking and taking care of other customers which I felt good about because I felt bad about the line developing as I was signing my documents. She did this seamlessly. I cannot say enough about the great service I received today. Thanks V!
