I've always had an outstanding experience at this store and have been using them for years now. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They tend to be very busy at peak times (especially when opening) so sometimes there is a wait, but they help customers quickly.

The young lady here was very rude! 30 min before they close and she refused to assist opening my mailbox...crazy! Thank u very much Jamie for coming through & helping me to open my business mailbox Need more people like you for sure!

This is the worst UPS store I have been too. I have had problems with this UPS store before and they continue. I will drive further to go to a different UPS store under different management. A friend and I went in to make Amazon returns and both people working were rude and unhelpful. The manager/owner Jamie who I have dealt with refused to accept a return for Amazon despite what instructions said online. He told me I could buy a box if I wanted to even though multiple used boxes were laying around cluttering the floor and my Amazon instructions said to just show them the code. They also charge 3 to print a label that costs them 0.05, which other stores will do for free and with a better attitude. Overall bad customer service. My brother works at a different UPS store and was baffled to hear this. Getting every penny out of your customers every chance you can. A tip - Take a class in customer service and have your employees take it too :)

The access and parking at this location is difficult and limited - 3 spots out front and most other parking assigned. I had three large boxes to ship today. One lady pulled into a different store front parking spot and ran inside in front of me. Then there was a lady wrapping presents and writing her card while everyone else waited in line. I suggested to the manager that she should have the employees instruct customers that are not ready to step aside. She said, "we try to give all our customers the attention they deserve, there wasn't a line when she started. I do not understand the problem here." Hmm, There was a growing line and people holding bulky packages. This experience actually made me miss the rude postal service representatives. They would never tolerate that kind of foolishness. The UPS location at Peachtree and Kingsboro is close by, parking is easy and customer service is much better!

Helpful and quick staff! I went to this location recently (May 21st) to send a package to a relative. I wasn't even sure how to package or send my fragile item, and they were very helpful in getting everything sorted out for me. The employee who helped was Derrick, major thanks to him. Package arrived early and in perfect condition!

If you have to print Amazon labels, it'll cost 3 to print via credit card. No free printing for labels compared to other locations. Service was good, can just drop off returns here. Parking can be limited during peak hours. Store is tidy.

Was there on 09/04 around 2 pm. The young woman who was there was extremely rude and condescending toward many customers, as well as refusing to wear a mask properly. I hope management read this and proper action is taken.
