The employees currently working at this store should be fired !!! went to return a package and they refused to help me with my return because it actually involves work and reboxing. When explaining my frustration about being delivered by ups the employee just laughed in my face. Find another store customer service is trash.

Always helpful. I always order things from amazon and the return process here is so easy, your stuff doesnt even need to be sealed/labeled they do it ALL for you! So simple! I still bring along my Amazon packaging just incase!

I wouldnt even give this store 1 star! I sent a package there store checked it ,I stated how it was wrapped and paid for insurance on the package and they are trying to tell me UPS will not cover it because paper towels and newspaper was in the package when returned,I wrapped each glass items in bubble wrap even stuffed the box with bubble wrap. The worker told me to be extra safe he was going to put fragile stickers on the box . The lady who got the package sent me a picture,there were no stickers and just fragile wrote on with marker, I called the store i shipped it from because I didn't hear from UPS,I was told his workers wouldnt approve of the way i shipped it,When i was there I asked the guy if I should add other materials to the box maybe peanuts and they told me it looked to be ok and that all pieces looked like they would make the trip.Why would i buy there extra insurance if they are not going to back you up if something happens. Horrible service!!! Now I am stuck paying this lady back from broken pieces I should have received insurance money for to reimburse her .Save your money do not ship with this company! * with your response , your employee told me that i didnt need to add anymore to my package, you keep saying about paper,there was bubble wrap around each item and peanuts and added bubble wrap to in between protection, so i am not sure where you are getting your info or what happen to the box and all the materials. You think you would back your customer! I will never return to your store.!!!! Your employee told me my package was good to ship,he is the one that talked me into the insurance.
I've been to several UPS stores and mailing stores for Fedex this is the only place I'm treated like a customer. I've been a customer here for several years, mailing multiple packages. I have yet to have any issues.
