My husband went to UPS Store 4382 In Placentia to return a Amazon pkgs at 2:21 8/4/20. He was waited on by a very rude female unfortunately he did not get her name. It was as if she was bothered by having customers. Maybe she should rethink .. if she has no customers, she has no job... I don’t understand why would this store want a rude individual working & representing their trademark. She also informed him she did not want his Amazon box & to take it with him. Just saying maybe this store should watch how the customer’s are treated in the near future...

Dropped off my package with no problems, staff were really friendly.
Very pleasant. Easy Amazon return - just show the QR code in your email, they print the label and send it off.
The people here are so nice. I came here to get my fingerprints for a job. They’re so nice! They have al the mail supplies you need! Keep up the positivity! It makes people want to keep coming back!
Okay place, with mail and shipping services. Lost a star when they stopped offering Notary Public services. They do sell large rolls of bubble wrap in case you need some 'therapy paper.'
Coupon didn't make it even worth it.
Unpleasent experience this afternoon with a particular worker who seemed as if he really didn't care about his customers. Very different from other ups stores I've been to where the workers were extremely helpful.
