The old couple before were nice but slow & ready to retire. I've always been extremely satisfied with the courtesy & professionalism of all of the new staff. Been at this location 15 years, 2-3 a week and it is always a pleasant experience. Even thru Christmas & covid they always have a smile

I sent a package and the estimate time to deliver was after 3 days and it didn't took a week not 3 days to deliver and when I called and asked why the delay was no reason!!!!!!!!!! Not provisional at all and I almost lost my client Not working with them again.

Mark convinced me to ship my TV with him and also purchase insurance in case the TV was damaged. I boxed my TV in its original package and he assured me that would be sufficient and fine. He did not inform me that there were strict boxing guidelines for insurance to be claimed. The TV arrived damaged and unusable and UPS Insurance Claims denied my claim, citing the strict boxing guidelines (which were never made aware to me). I am out more than 800 including the cost of shipping, insurance, and a brand new TV set. When I emailed him about it, he told me he had trouble accepting blame because I should have read the agreement. It's funny how he can assure me that the TV was boxed fine and then say I should have read the agreement. Yes, I should have read the agreement but as a business manager, he should have advised me to box the TV according to the insurance guidelines. As a customer service professional and a person selling a service, you should know what you are selling and it should be common sense to inform your consumer on everything he/she needs to know, especially something as important as strict boxing guidelines. Thanks, Mark. You looked me straight in my face and knew this was a possibility and let me ship my TV in the original box and packaging knowing this could happen. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They do not care about their customers, they just care about taking your money.

I showed correct address, but they sent wrong address. Also, they said I should pay shipping fee again. They did not refund my shipping fee also. I don’t want to use this UPS store again.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! What an incredible difference. The customer service is so friendly, courteous, helpful, and fast. The manager makes you feel like long time friends, has a great memory. He is very patient in training his staff, so I know his employees will be top notch as well. I often drove several miles out of my way to go to Diamond Bar as the Walnut location was so horrible. I know you will be impressed.
